1.- To use the Biosonic System for voice analysis you only need a microphone, it is best to have a unidirectional microphone, because you want to place it near the person's mouth and only pick up what is been said not any of the other exterior sounds or noises. To pick up best the low voices of men we prefer a microphone that starts recording at 50 hertz, or even lower, which are hard to find. Make sure that you test the recording system of your computer and you listen to it with headphones to know that the recording is clean and clear, with no interference sounds from the computer or from the outside. .

@ 2.- Once you have started the program open or load a recorded wavfile, or record the voice for 30 seconds. We have three windows in the Pro version to be able to do 3 recordings and compare the changes between these recordings of the voice. There are of the topics chosen to talk about as a general rule, to see how the voice changes when it talks of something different, with a change of mood. They are Base/Plain voice, Stress/Illness and Future/Health. We can also hear and see the processing of a different recording of instructions where we hear and see what changes can happen in the voice when we get happier or more stressed and in imbalance. Its a good place to start to understand the differences in the voice. Open the three windows with the Greeting wav file and click on processing.

We generally record the voice of the person talking about different topics, to be able to capture if the voice changes, feels more animated, higher, happier, less monotone, etc....changes that we should be able to tell just by listening to the person talk. With the Pro version we can look at the same time in the monitor screen these analysis in the 3 different windows called Base/plain voice, Stress/illness, and Future/health, names that are also the ideas of subjects matters that can be talked about. Fill in the space for the name of the person being analyzed to calibrate the range of notes to their date of birth, fill in the date with two numbers for the month, date and year. Write the index card of the Patient-participant as much as you may want to write about their physical, emotional and mental state at the past and present situation. This can be saved with the information of the session for future reference.

@ 3.- To record the voice ask the patient-participant to talk in Base/plain as if they are filling up a form, name, address, telephone number, email, and if they have more time to fill in 30 seconds they can repeat the same. We do not want a person laughing or crying, generally this will distort the analysis, and most of the times the sound of laughter or cry will give us what we need and fill in more the weak notes. We do not want them reading or counting because the voice will be different and many times it will not be natural. They could talk about the work address, or parents names, birth dates etc... but if this could bring stress in their voice, it is best not to talk about it and maintain the subject in the same monotone level. Do the same for the other recordings for Stress/Illness and Future/Health, make sure that they know what they are talking about before you record. Ask them how they feel when they are sick, how they feel physically and emotionally, or maybe tell you what happened in the worst moment they can remember, and that still has an imprint in them. As well to talk about something that will bring them happiness in the future or how they are when they are really in good spirits. Place special attention that they maintain the subject that they are talking and also listen to the difference in their voice due to distress or excitement. Ask them not to talk about something that might bring them stress in the Future, unless they want to know if that subject matter of the future might bring them stress, compared to the subject of stress they talked before. What we want to hear when they talk of future health is that the voice is higher and happier, which will be obvious if they are going to talk about future plans that brings them excitement and enthusiasm. We should be able to tell before we process the voice with the program, if the subject they chose is going to show this. Because we can hear slight changes in the voice with our natural hearing, so we could pause and ask them to find another topic to talk about, if that one has not changed the voice enough to our ears.

You can also choose to see it as a Bar graph clicking the button back and forth from one window presentation to the other or in the Menu Presentation choose Colorgram and you will also see the color relationship of the maximum note and the minimum note. Compare all 3 analysis if you have the Pro version to see if it shows the same or if the minimum note are less and the maximums are more for the Main octave in color orange. Compared to the average of that analysis, which comes out in the right side of the chromatic, meaning that the imbalance will be worse or has more balance with the other notes when the number of hits for those notes is closer to the Average number of hits. Which is a simple calculation of the total number of hits or frequencies taken, divided by 12, that would give us the perfect balance for all notes, if they all had the same amount of energy or hits. We want to see more balance between even numbers for each note mostly in the future/health topic, meanwhile the stress/illness topic should give more imbalance, and larger difference in numbers between notes. If this is not so, talk to the person why that might have shown the other way around, sometimes a person might thrive in the stress subject as something fun because after all they overcame that difficult moment, and also the future project might be very stressful. These will be important for the person to know. You have the Base/plain voice analysis to be able to tell how is the voice in monotone or with less emotion compared to the other two topics.. If all the recordings have given very different analysis, always choose the worst, the most imbalances in numbers. This shows that it might be a moment of transition for the person, this is a reason why changing the topic will change the voice so much. Compare all analysis processed and see common threads, look at it to see how the worst one could become the most balanced one, and what is necessary for that. Extensive information on the changes in the voice will be found in the manual of the program.

@ 4.- It is important that the person listens to oneself talking, at times this is provoking something in them, point out which notes you want them to watch while the recording is being processed and they listen to it. The desired note cell box will light up with the color of the note when they mention a frequency in that notes range, and it will bring them consciousness to them when they hear the word they say when they speak the most stressed or weakest note. As default all the Chromatic cellboxes are active to light up when a frequency enters. You can change this only to the notes that you want to study and then only those will light up or not with the color of the note in the chromatic grid, by clicking on or off on the top or bottom letter for the note. Then the whole vertical cells for all the octaves of a note will be active to light up in the chromatic grid. While this process is going on you see a note that is definitely weak or stressed if the cellbox lights up every time a frequency is mentioned in that specific frequency ranges. And that cellbox will become the color of that note every time a hit enters, so you and the person being analyzed can hear what the they said when that note was pronounced. You can observe this for all the cellboxes belonging to the 12 notes, or just the notes most relevant that you want to study.

You can start the chromatic process again doing this to observe when a person says the notes of your interest, or the 3 weak or stressed notes of a spiral, or the 6 weak notes. If you desire to research this further and hear the exact word once the processing has finished click in the desired cellbox and all the wav graphic will draw with colored lines the places where these frequencies where mentioned. If a place seems to have many lines you can drag the cursor over that area and zoom, by clicking the button with the magnifying glass. Click on play and listen, if it is too short to distinguish the vowel sound mentioned, drag the cursor over a larger area and zoom to what seems to be the shape of a whole word, from the appearance of the wav graphic. Then listen again to the word and vowel sound mentioned. Ask the person to observe the intonation and be able to know if she can be aware that the intonation might give the stressed note at times instead of the weak notes. This is helpful for Biofeedback exchange and to give the power of their own healing back to the person. The Pro version can do this, the Lite version does not have this capability.

@ 5.- Once all the hits have entered the cells of the Chromatic, it will automatically mark the three Main Octaves of fundamental frequencies of the vocal chords. These octaves are the middle one belonging to the Skin/Body in orange, Physical condition of a person, the Blood/Cellular Octave in red bellow the main one and above the Emotional/Aura Octave in yellow. The other higher octaves marked in Cyan, blue and violet might not have any fundamental frequencies, and will be where the harmonics stemming from the fundamentals will be. Which we will have once we have the second module of FFT, and it will express more mental and spiritual levels of consciousness. In the Pro version the General Window will have the sum of the totals of all three recordings. In all the program version at the end of processing the voice it also divides the 12 notes into Yin Yang notes, the 6+ and 6- notes will be marked in the sum for each notes, dark blue for the excess notes, and lighter blue for the 6 weaker notes. This will give us psychological interpretations that will appear by clicking the button of Interpretation Texts. In the right column of the Chromatic if you click on the Average (Aver) cellbox, when a hand cursor appears it will give the Sum total of each octave and by clicking again it will give you the Average of each octave. This means the total amount of hits for each octave divided by 12, from this we know the notes belonging to organs and meridians that are closest to the average number are most balanced. Further on the right it gives the average of each of the 3 main octaves, and by leaving the cursor over it a message tip will give you the frequency range of that octave, which we can use when using another program of FFT in voice analysis. The information of the main octave is used in the interpretation texts and is useful to compare several different recordings analyzed. If some notes in the Main octave in orange have risen to the octave above it portrays more happiness and probably a more harmonic and coherent, or balanced voice, representing the energy level of the person, with the topic they talked about and the emotion they expressed at that moment. More on this you will find in the page of Changes in the manual.

@ 6.- Click the button of Analysis to see the minimum, weakest and maximum, most stressed notes, shown in the color green for the weak note and color magenta for the stressed note in the row of letters of the notes above. In this row of notes by coloring the cellbox with the color of the octave it will show the Multiple Octaves in the Emotional or Cellular Octaves, when the number in the red or yellow octave is more than 50% of the orange Main octave. The Main orange octave is where the larger number of hits should be, because it portrays the physical energy of the person, if a high number is shown in the other octaves it will demonstrate the energy is moved away from the physical consciousness, as a possible emotional effects in an organ, or cellular toxicity and deterioration in that organ.

It will also show the analysis of the combination of 4 notes together, which are called Spirals, 3+1- and 3-1+, and the relationship between these. This will show in the green and dark magenta color of the numbers of the Main orange octave and the green and magenta cellbox in the row of each note letter below. The interpretation texts will give more clarity as to how these are used. Read the interpretation of the weakest and most stressed notes. Decide which of these recordings processed you choose to see the Texts of interpretation or choose to see these from the general window which sums up the totals of each of the all other windows and recordings processed, (only in the Pro version). By clicking on the TEXT button a window will appear with the personalized texts and you can print them for the patient-participant. The texts cover the meanings of the Yin Yang notes, psychological 6+6- notes. The maximum stressed and minimum weak notes. The radial, inclined, dispersed and dispersed plus spirals, which is the relationship between the most stressed and weakest notes of the 3+1 Yin Spiral and the 3-1+ Yang Spiral. Also the Multiple Octaves Cellular Deterioration or Toxicity and Emotional effects on a specific organ or meridian system, these will not be important unless it shows in more than one analysis. Read these and know that the person might be expressing a transitory moment, mostly if the three analyses done are very different and it is hard to decide which one to choose. If at least two of the analysis show the same you will be clear how the person generally express himself or herself. Do not get disappointed if the various analyses show many differences. This is a tool to show subtle changes, and it means that the person has many changes in the emotional and physical well being at the moment. Always choose the analysis that shows the most imbalances between notes, to decide the major problems of the person, or choose to do a 4th analysis to see if one of these will be the same as the others.

@ 7.- To decide which note is most important, we have several ways to look and help us decide. We have the weakest note in green in the top row of the letters belonging to the notes and the most in excess in magenta. Maybe these are significant and relate properly to the symptoms the person is presenting, or maybe they do not. There are two other notes that are very significant and they are marked in the note letter in the bottom of the chromatic grid. One as weak note, the cell in magenta background relating to the 3 most stressed notes of the Yin Spiral, the number written also in magenta in the Main orange octave. Another stressed note in green related to the 3 weakest notes of the Yang Spiral, numbers written in green also in the Main orange octave. The spirals are constructed as 3 notes in one side that affect one note in the other side, or that belong to the other 6 notes. This is the single note that is directly opposing the one in the center of the 3, if the 12 notes where presented in a circle. At times the weak note most affected by the 3 higher notes is more important than the one that is the lowest in number in a specific analysis. First we should read the message tip that comes out in those 4 notes, the two above written in green and magenta, and the two below in green and magenta background. Sometimes these coincide with the weakest and stressed notes and other times it might be the ones next to these, that are outlined above by the colored letter of the note. Once we read to which organs and meridians these affect we can decide which one seems to be more suited to the problem or symptoms the person, patient-participant is presenting now. Maybe that is not the real priority of the person or the reason why they came to see us. Even though we do like to listen to the persons priorities, or state of health before we decide to change what they believe is their most important problem or the one they want to be treated, because it coincides with what the analysis has given us.

If we have done 3 analysis and we can compare them (only in the Pro version), then we can see which of the notes seem to be the same at least in two of the analysis. Some persons seem to maintain the 3 stressed notes and others seem to maintain the 3 weakest notes. Take into account that this is the most stable and repeatable problem they present, and it is the most important to treat at that moment. Choose the analysis that presents most imbalance, at times it could be the Health/future, then you would have to tell the person that what they talked did not bring balance and ask them to clarify why this could be. Very often you would choose the Base/Plain voice as the most neutral of these analysis. The reasons why we generally choose the one that presents more imbalances between high and low notes is because it gives us their worst characteristics, and then we look at the others as to were we could change it if they get slightly better. Click on the text button and read the interpretations for the spirals, their weak and excess notes.

There are other notes to take into account if an important Multiple Octave note is present this will be marked in the color of the octave in the cell box in the line of notes above. If there is a note in the yellow emotional octave above the Main octave in orange that is higher in number than this one, then it belongs to an organ that has emotional issues influencing it. If this is in only in one of the analysis it is not important, but if it appears in another analysis then we can take it into account. If there is a note in the Cellular red octave bellow the Main octave in orange with larger or half the number of hits of the orange main octave, then it is very important and presents possible cellular problems in the organs related to that note. If this Multiple Octave is within the 6 stressed notes it will refer to toxic problems in the organ related to that note, if it is within the 6 weak notes then it will refer to cellular deterioration in the organ related to that note. Only take this into account if this presents itself in more than one of the analysis processed of that patient-participant.. Then this note might be even more important than the weakest note, or the opposing weak note to the 3 more excess from the Yin Spiral. Please note that if Multiple octaves are not in several analysis we do not take them into account and it could have disappeared if we just recorded the voice for a while longer in that analysis. You always have in the row above of notes, the note colored with the color of the octave that presents more than half of the number of hits than the Main octave. The notes that do the step down to another octave have always more hits in both octaves. That is the reason in these notes we only mark as Multiple octave, if it is more than 70% instead of 50%, of the number of hits of that note in the orange Main Octave. Any note presenting cellular toxicity should be studied in the frequencies of the Nutritional sounds database and be given the inverse frequency to that one, to allow this toxic frequency to be balanced. Any note presenting as cellular deterioration is very important and the frequencies related to this note should be studied to decide which frequency should be given to the person as therapy, seeing the relationship those frequencies have in the Nutritional Sounds database.

@ 8.- To decide which frequency is most important or needs to be given as therapy. By clicking on the button of COLORGRAM we can see the same analysis in colored bars for each note. By choosing in the menu window at the right of the window we can see the analysis with the colored bars of the notes for the Main Octave, the 6+ or 6- notes, 3+ or 3 - notes. If you choose to activate the graphical Frequency button you will see all the frequencies, the line will have a point up, or down or just a slight bent corner where ever there is a frequency. In that place you have the frequency in the window of the cursor and the value of how many hits are with that same frequency. Click on that place and the frequency numbers will enter the 3 buttons for frequencies above this window. The number of frequencies for that note mentioned in the left side of that window has to coincide with the number of frequencies found. By summing up how many frequencies or hits come up in the value of the cursor at each corner angle of the line for each note, it might not coincide with the total for that note. This means that some are hidden, we can find them in the straight horizontal lines that have the same value or number of hits for several continuous frequencies. Click in the middle of that straight line or at a distance comparable to the corner angles that seem smaller in the other portions of the line. (See graphics of this in the manual).

The frequencies that are most mentioned are important if they are from a toxic, but maybe they are taking energy to its inverse frequency that could be a necessary nutrient. That is the reason why it is convenient to study the frequencies and the inverse frequencies. Always study a frequency and its inverse in the NS database.

To be able to relate it to the Nutritional Sounds database list and decide which frequencies to give to the person as therapy. You have the number of that frequency, then also converted to the Beta -4 Octave, and the inverse frequency of this one. When the BioAudio is activated or checked, clicking one of the 3 buttons with frequencies it introduces that number directly in the BioAudio to generate a tone. When the Nutritional Sounds database is activated or checked you can look up in the database of minerals and vitamins any of the frequencies close to that one present in the voice.. These frequencies can help decide which one to give to a person comparing it to the database of minerals and vitamins, (which you have to buy separate from the BioSonic program). It is important that we look at what that frequency is or its inverse frequency, in either one there could be a key to their symptoms or problems in a psychological and physical level. . The Nutritional Sounds database is related to mass, or molecular weight, (both options are given in the NS database), being responsible for movement of mass in space, rhythm or chaos in its dance with other atomic elements.

Other type of analysis like the FFT (Fourrier Frequency Transform algorithm) will show many more frequencies to choose from and relate to the database. The FFT picks up all the frequencies that we hear, by transforming to measurement all the three dimensional harmonics sounding in the form of its environment, the resonant box of the mouth. All the facial, tongue, teeth movements change the harmonics frequencies and the shape of its enveloping in the harmonic cascades. See the manual pages on FFTvowels.html, or the HARMONICsignature.html. We will continue to study the way the fundamental frequencies of the voice resonate to upper octaves via intervals or harmonics with an FFT that samples the same as the Chromatic style analysis that we have now, to portray the physical energy of the patient-participant through his/her voice.

The Chromatic type analysis that we now have will give us the Vocal chords fundamental frequencies, less changeable, because they belong to the physical condition of the person. Meanwhile the FFT programs show the harmonics of these, or the modulation done by the resonant box that is the mouth, teeth and nose with the breathing. FFT is more changeable and less stable, because it belongs to emotional intention and mental content or psychological issues. Click on the peak line of the high note in the screen to study the most frequently used frequencies that could relate to toxic elements, we always give as therapy the inverse frequency of that one. Or zoom in the weakest note, study the frequencies by clicking directly in the peaks shown in the graphic, these peaks will be small, because these frequencies only appear a few times. The frequency window with the bars of notes in the background show the vertical height as the times a frequency has been mentioned, the higher the peak the more times it has been mentioned, the value of the cursor shows how many. If you have the Pro version in the General window you can see the frequency graphic of each of the 3 analysis done, each appearing in a different color. With this you will be able to tell if that frequency or one close to it was mentioned in other recordings and analysis processed. When comparing it to the Nutritional Sound database if you find a nutrient, mineral, amino acid or vitamin belonging to the low note that fits the characteristics of the persons symptoms, then you can deliver that frequency as it is. Deliver the frequency of the voice in the Mid C, -1 or -2 Octave through headphones, or in a low-4 octave if they will hear it, then a subwoofer speaker is best, one can buy the ones for computers, these will be good enough. . When we deliver a frequency we do not generate that element, we help the brain recognize it and assimilate it, so at times it is good to have those supplements also by pills or nutrients, the sound will help its absorption.

If you zoom in the area of the stress or excess notes all the frequencies in that area if they have high peaks, if in the database they relate to a toxic, the person could be affected by this toxicity. Then it is best to deliver the inverse frequency directly to bring down the influence of that toxic frequency. It means that if the voice has that frequency, the toxic element is called to use, if the person was not exposed to that toxic, maybe nothing happens, but if that toxic is in their blood stream then that frequency will activate it.

Many practitioners place a date of birth in the calibration table and we see the exact frequency for the date of birth of the patient-participant with all the related frequencies from the other notes. These seem to be especially significant if the frequency it is close to any nutrient that the person may need. At times the children need to be given as therapy the frequency of the birth date of the mother. We can place any date in that calibration window to see the frequencies related to the patient-participant.

@ 9.- To compare one analysis with another we look at the General window as COLORGRAM with frequencies activated with the frequency button and see which ones are mentioned in several analysis, (only for the Pro version), the frequency lines are in different colors belonging to each of the processed recordings from the 3 windows. To see the notes in the bar graphic, we can also see this by placing the 3 windows lined up correctly one on top of the other in the monitor screen. By showing only the graphics, we can compare those lines of frequencies or we look for the coherence or balance gained or lost from one analysis to another. In the chromatic grid these incoherencies or inconsistencies are marked with a number in italic, bold and underlined, in the third module of this program these will be analyzed in depth. Now we have some interpretations of these in the page of the manual COHERENCE.html., that start to attempt to understand these. The main idea is to see which of the various analysis done is more coherent and to value if the voice is getting better or worse. There are many examples of this in the manual page on CHANGES.html, and you can study how we make those decisions with other examples. As a Chromatic grid we want that the number of hits for each note to be closer to the average, that the 3 stressed notes are radial or exactly opposing the 3 weak notes, and that there are not many incoherencies, number marked in italic, bold and underlined. Generally, when there are transitory changes to better a voice, these seem to appear more than when the analysis shows a more stable period of the person.

As a Colorgram we want to see a Bell Curve with all the color bars. You can understand more on the Bell Curve principle of perfect harmony or coherence for physics in the page in the manual COHERENCEbellcurve.html. It means that it forms a wave that has of every note in equal proportion and is similar to the sun spectrum.

@ 10.- To deliver the tones from the frequencies chosen you activate in the Colorgram window the BioAudio instead of the Nutritional Sounds Database and then when you click on any of the buttons with the frequency it will enter the BioAudio to generate that tone in various different ways. You have several options in the BioAudio program, to deliver the same frequency in both stereo channels, or to change the frequency on the right ear channel or right channel, being different from the frequency in the left ear channel. One can be a multiple of the other, or just the subtraction or double of the other, then the lower frequency should be in the left ear, or left channel. You can deliver frequencies in the Beta -4 octave to the ears by headphones, but these waves are so large that they are delivered best with subwoofer speakers, then the surround the whole person, instead of affecting the brain. For low frequencies below 50 hz. we can buy cheaper subwoofer speakers in the computer department, they are very expensive in the music department stores they would play louder, which we do not need. Another option is to generate tones choosing a time of silence, and then the frequency is intermittent and the brain will not get used to a continuos tone, we can choose the time for the tone to play and a time for the silence. The third option is to deliver several frequencies in a random order, also so that the brain does not get used to it and will react best by surprise. Between these 4 frequencies in the random option, we can choose to have a silence too, if we activate that text box to write down the frequency number and leave it with 0 hz. Any of these three options can be generated in sine or triangular shape, sine is almost not audible when it is a frequency of the -4 octave. We can deliver higher frequencies directly to the body via headphones placed in the desired area, and then the hearing will not be bothered by the high pitch of that frequency if it does not hear it. At times this would be good to deliver these in the exact octave of the Main Octave from the voice.

All of these options to generated tones can be mixed into another recorded file belonging to the desired note. Some harmonic chants of the 12 notes are included for you to try this option, which is more entertaining and better to deliver like this for kids or persons that might get bored to hear a continuos tone. We do offer a cd with other wave files to mix with the tones, of Tibetan Bells, Didgeridoo australian aborigine instrument, seashore en all notes, chimes and other harmonic chanting. (You need to order this one and pay it upfront, due to the cost of the mailing).The BioAuido has up to 12 programs of tones to generate, and you can save these with the comments of the person when you tested them.

Once the wave file is created and you should test it to the patient-participant. I recommend that you do another voice analysis while the person is hearing the tone or tones through the headphones, making sure that the sound of the tone is not loud and will not be picked up by the microphone. Many sound cards allow to record while the same computer is playing something else. TO know if you have one of these computer sound cards, you will need to try it. Use the BioAudio delivery at the same time as you try to record again. Then by processing that recording you will be able to see what is doing to the voice, if it is organizing it to more coherence, if that note you deliver is mentioned more and if the frequency is appearing. At times you will need to have the person hear it 2 or 4 minutes before the voice reacts and shows a difference, other times or with other persons just half a minute will suffice, to see what that tone is doing to the voice of the person. To decide which is the best tone, we can also use a pulse meter and see that the heart is relaxing and heart rate is slowing down. This is tricky because other thoughts could be in the person's mind and then the heart is reacting to this instead of the sound. Other times we use a Pulseoximeter and see that the oxygen level is rising while the heart rate is slowing down. Also I found that it hardly ever the oxygen level rises. This equipment will cost more, that is the reason I recommend to use the voice as a diagnostic tool, if we first decided with the voice, we want to see the changes also in the voice.

Once you have decided which tones are most beneficial, you can create the wave file and save them in a directory or folder, which you should remember where they are in your computer, when you open the cd burner program. Cd recorders might do a fast job and at times you can burn the cd with the desired tones for therapy during 8 or 10 minutes that you are talking to the person how they should listen to it, or make another appointment. How much should they listen to it?. Everyday is good, at times for some persons they can listen to the tones cd while they sleep in a loop mode, mostly if they sleep alone, and they are very ill. The tone for one person might not benefit another. Is my belief that sound helps mobilize stagnated energy in organs and meridians, and helps by resonance to empower the positive cells.

@11.- How to use the information of the missing color to do Ocular light treatments. The weak notes relate to color, you can see this in the PHOTONIC.html page of the manual, and then by knowing the weak notes we also have the least absorbed wavelengths in the spectrum. Which will create in the individual during some time metabolic and hormonal imbalances, because one will not have energy in certain colors that the organism needs to have a full and harmonious chemical balance. Light sunlight influences the chemistry of any living organism, that is the reason why they do not allow using transparent or colored bottles in the Pharmaceutical industry, because natural light will change its chemistry. That is the reason, the most effective way to deliver the color is through the eyes, you will be able to find more information on this in the manual pages PRISM.html and LIGHTexperiments.html. Generally we can deliver that color directly to the eyes with a prism or wearing the color therapy eyewear that are sold at .We can also deliver it with halogen light bulbs that have a better light spectrum than other normal incandescent bulbs, with color filters, but generally the blue colors might change the right wavelength, because all light bulbs have an excess in orange. Choose the weak note or color that is not opposing or inverse to the highest or most stressed note or color. If the weakest note is directly opposing in color complementary, or note complementary a very stressed note do not choose that color but the next one going up, to the right or higher in frequency. When we deliver a color to the eyes the cones exhaust that color pigment and recreate the complementary color, that is the reason the color given to the eyes and its inverse color, or complementary will also rise. To know the complementary color or note follow this as if they were placed in a circle, one note will oppose the other, starting with C opposes F#, C# to G, D to G#, D# to A, E to A# and F to B.

When wearing the color sunglasses at first you see everything the color of the filter, after a few minutes your eyes got used to it and start to see everything more normal because your eyes exhaust one color pigment and start to radiate its complementary. If you look around the eyewear, down towards your nose or to the shiny rims inside the glasses you will see that complementary color in much brilliance. Since that moment the therapy is being effective, so it would be good to wear the sunglasses during at least one hour a day or more, it does not matter that it is rainy day, it will be effective in natural daylight. This is a powerful therapy and will do many changes in an emotional as well as physical level, it does a consciousness expansion due to the effect of sunlight directed to the hypothalamus and affecting the master glands, pineal and pituitary. The voice will do some changes as noted in the pages of the manual. Do follow up analysis every other week or when the patient-participant has been wearing the color therapy eyewear for at least 10 or 15 hours, changes should start to show in the voice.

1.- To know the weakest or lacking musical note and the most stressed or in excess musical note of the voice, as indicator of certain functions in excess and weak of the organism.

This is the normal analysis when recording or loading one, two or three wav files of a person speaking on different subject matters or at different times of the day, and looking at the analysis in different windows and analyzing them in the General window which gives the sum of the others. There are usually two notes that are compromised as being minimum and two others as being maximum, when clicking the button of TEXT, the interpretations of the weakest and most stressed note, as well as those interpretations of the Yin and Yang spirals, which point to other or the same note most weakest and stressed, and which it can be the same as the maximum or minimum note or they can be different, this can cause confusion on what to choose as minimum or maximum, and to choose specific frequencies. In general to lower the three notes in excess it is convenient choose the note in opposition at those three, the note most weak of the Yin spiral, for that reason give the minimum note of the spiral Yin, giving it in the same octave or the octave below, or choose one or two frequencies of that note would be the best thing and most effective. We can decide to give that musical note to the person with a tuning fork (you can request the tuning forks created by Marysol González Sterling Biosonic Octave or Biosonic Center, to request it from the webpage of Granton Ragg, to see manual on the description of Biosonic Cranial and the tuning forks, order at or one can deliver that note with a musical instrument, if one chooses an octave under the main octave it can be most effective.

2.- To know the most absorbed or lacking color and the most reflected or in excess color of the organism, when relating the musical notes and the vibrational frequencies of the voice to color.-

This depends on the relationship of the musical notes with the colors, it is obtained going up octaves (x 2) and relating those frequencies of the notes with those of the colors, will be the same frequency at different octaves (to see the manual from the CD). When processing the voice and by clicking with the mouse in one or several of the cell boxes the color belonging to that note will appear when a frequency belonging to that note is mentioned. Once having processed the recording of the voice you can activate from the main menu Presentation the function of the Histogram, we can see this way clearly the color most absorbed of the organism and the color least absorbed or weakest. You can choose the form of giving that color to the organism, most effective is through the eyes with a strobic lamp, generating that blinking color with the computer or giving it from the sun through a prism with the method of PHOTONICS. You have enough information in the manual that you can access to it having the CD in the Cdrom and from the Start menu, Programs it will open up directly, it will give you all the data on the psychological meanings of the colors to be able to carry out this type of treatment, it is very important to give the color within their weak notes, even though it is very strong it is not dangerous when using it together with the voice analysis. You can see changes immediately in the voice after the treatment, and the person will notices the changes in a psychological level, like an expansion of consciousness, certain emotional changes that with time one will make a permanent change at a physical level. The weakest color is the one that the organism needs to balance all the hormonal functions through the hypothalamus.

3. To be able to see changes in the organism after any therapeutic energetic technique and to check how the person acquires harmony or coherence.

The harmony or energetic coherence is shown in the voice in diverse ways, one of them is seeing that there is a balance in all the musical notes, that is having almost equally of all, and for it when seeing the average of the main octave one can see if the improvement is shown not having great excesses neither large weakness. Another way is in the form the energetic wave organizes is that the spirals are radial, or if they were dispersed that they became inclined or even better radial, even that several notes have ascended to the octave above indicating that the voice is more crystalline and clear, as if it was younger. When the vibracional wave or Bell Curve is shown without jumps, neither interruptions and it increases gradually with consistency, and it does not show any number of the Chromatic one in bold and italic that are you the inconsistencies or incoherence of the Bell Curve or energy wave. This was studied in depth in the 3er module on coherence and the percentages will be calculated of all that should be taken into account to decide this topic.

4. To understand how the voice is changing along the day to understand the subtle metabolic processes that influence the organism.

To do several recordings of the voice along the day to analyze it can be quite useful in the cases that there is important changes in the metabolic or digestive processes, in general a pattern continues defined in most of the days. See the examples that are presented in the manual of the CD. As it is difficult to have someone all the time to be able to make several analysis along the day, even in the early morning before having breakfast or at night before sleeping, this type of analysis is not sometimes very practical, but necessary in some cases. It is necessary to take into account that the voice clears up as one speaks more or less and that in the afternoon the voice usually shows more like it is in most cases, so at least one has spoken a couple full hours before making the voice analysis, you always can ask the person how much he/she has spoken that day before carrying out the analysis to be able to decide if the voice is in its most normal expression or not. For this reason the voice in the morning when not having been used for long the whole night has several notes in the octave below. The voice is like a muscle that acquires training and ease, for that reason to sing and to whisper also activates and trains the voice.

5. To know the acupuncture meridians in excess or weakness, and to treat them with acupuncture, finger pressure, tuning forks or other methods.

The missing note or the weak notes also indicate the acupuncture meridians that have stagnated energy or that need activation. Leaving the cursor over the letter of the note, a message tip will give you the meridians that note affects. Maybe we decide to relax the meridians that belong to the excess notes. In the manual that you access from the CD and from the Start menu, Programs, a complete guide of these combination of meridians will be given and points that can be used to relax the meridians with excess or to activate those that belong to a weak note and present stagnation. The meridians belonging to the organs that are weak usually are activated and that is the reason why they are in imbalance. You can usually feel with the fingers the acupuncture points of those meridians, mostly the third point of the hands or the feet are specially practical and they take the energy for the rest of the meridian with effectiveness, you will find that those points belonging to the weak meridians hurt with a not very strong touch, and to know if the treatment has been effective by simply palpating it again, it will stop to be sensitive or painful, as sign that the energy already flows for the meridian. You will be able to choose diverse methods, to place tuning forks of the note, you can see where to buy the special tuning forks that I have created for this purpose from one manufacturer of Sheffield in England called Granton Ragg. (email: You can also use a flashlight with color filters and quartz crystals, what you can build yourself or use those that you can buy in specialized places. It will be convenient to tell to the person to continue activating that point pressing with their fingers so that the change is more permanent and a change is shown in the voice, with one or two treatments the change doesn't usually show in the voice. However if it stops hurting it is already indicative that there is an improvement. In the manual that accompanies this program are included kinesiology tests that are also indicated to be able to check the effectiveness of the temporary improvement that a treatment can cause. It is important to know that this the person should continue the treatment of the meridian or accupressure point so that the change is more permanent and also the voice in the fundamental frequencies will show this in the module of the Chromatic, as it shows more the physical changes. The temporary change show better in the spectral analysis of FFT that will be the second module, you can also see the difference between one and the other method in the manual.

6. To understand the different psychological states that the person is expressing or to help solve some topics that give him unrest.

The 12 notes are always distributed in a natural way in 6 weakest notes and 6 stressed notes, as the Yin and the Yang. This division gives a meaning of psychological attitudes and with the changes at a physical level can also have a change in those attitudes, a person can usually change between 3 or 4 modalities of the 12 possibilities in total, since basically there are 4 that can combine among themselves. To have in stress the 6 first notes attracts a behavior of impulse and action, the 6 middle ones of compulsivity and realization, the 6 last ones of reflection and understanding, and the 3 first with 3 last they are of reflection before the action. We can request for the person talks about different topics and see how they can change decision to action, realization or reflection, that expresses how the person changes with the different themes spoken. The topics of the windows of the program can be valuable themes to talk about, base-plain voice, health-future, stress-illness, but any important topic could be used, to speak of the future plans, of the problems of the partner or of situations of the past, later one can do another analysis giving a new shade to the same topic and see how the 6 stress notes have changed, these don't sometimes change if the themes has not had enough impact in the person, or has not expressed it really feeling it. You should be able to distinguish that also naturally listening to the person, how much more liveliness, enthusiasm they had and how that showa in their voice, then showing it with the computer processing. This could help the person to discover which attitude will bring him the best benefits or the form most correct to solve a particular matter. Let them hear themselves and look at the computer monitor to see how a certain voice tone will make them more or less imbalance. Let them play with whatever subject matter, or voice tone they want to see how it affects them, this will give them clarity in their spoken word and freedom over their own healing process.

7. To see how certain stressed topics affects the health, or how certain projects of the one´s future could improve or worsen the health, by causing stress.

Request the person to talk of the different themes proposed in the windows of the program base-plain voice, health-future, stress-illness, and see when comparing them, by placing the windows one above another in the monitor screen, so that we can see two at the same time if really the topic that was spoken maybe of the future will stress and unbalance more or less the pattern, than when he/she talked about stress and compare it with the one in the window of the wav, while he/she spoke of stress, then we can tell him that the topic that he/she has chosen on the future is a project that it doesn't benefit them because it is too much stressing. This way we can help the person how the topic the are talking about can have a negative influence on their health, we can also help them to talk finally of something that helps positively their health. This form to do an analysis of what a person says and to help them of the energetic impact that this has in her health can be carried out speaking on other subject matters and themes that will help them understand themselves. They need to listen to their voice and the tone they use and how it changes with different subjects. It is true that many persons do not recognize or like to hear their recorded voice, but this is part of the therapy and then take power over their own voice.

8. To understand how two people are complemented by their voice or increase their tendencies already in excess.

People can be complement or accentuate their defects in other people's company, and most of the energy exchange among both happens through the voice, when they talk one receives the notes in excess from the other person. Or they might receive the notes they need, because one has high what the other has weak, then the complement each other and the relationship is smooth and easy. Maybe a couple that is not able to break up or separate even if they are not good for one another, this could be because one person screams to the other one in the missing notes of the other and helps them to be balanced temporarily. For that reason they seem to cause situations so that the other screams at them, it becomes a vicious and negative cycle. Those persons are not usually complemented in their voices but rather their excess tendencies are increased, they are only complemented for a while when the other screams at them. The best thing is that a person has when speaking the missing notes of the other person and the other one has in excess the weak notes of the that one, this way both are harmonized when speaking and exchanging energy, also mental as well as emotional through the voice. How they are complemented or not, we will see it making voice analysis of both persons and see which note is in excess or weak in both. If the wav is loaded of one of them in the base window and the voice of the other in the future window, not only can we have both and see both at the same time in the screen of the monitor. We can see also in the general window, that has added both results of the two persons summed up, to be able to appreciate if one has more equal points of all the notes and together they have coherence. Maybe it is only when both speak of specific themes and maybe with some persons one will be able to look for a time where you can record their voices in certain specific conversations that later can be analyzed with the program. If we have a sound editing program like Cool Edit we can record a whole conversation and it could be cut out and separate the pieces where each one speaks in the recording, making a different wav from each one speaking alone, even though the original recording is of both speaking together. When separating what each one says alone and save it in separate wavs files, we will be been able to load these in the Biosonic program to analyze it in different windows and together in the general window. Certain juicy conversation might be very revealing and helpful for a group therapy psychological session.

9. To understand how it affects us physically to pronounce our name, or that another person pronounces it, when knowing the notes that the name contains in our voice or in the voice of other people. To know when certain musical notes are pronounced when speaking of something important or significant.

A person can mention their first name several times, during some seconds while it is recorded. Later it can be analyzed seeing if there is balance between the notes, or what seems to be reinforced that they need or not, and if that imbalance worsens or improves the general analysis of the voice when they simply talk, compared to the previous analyses. You can request someone to say the name of another person or try with you partner or family for them to mention your name. To see which notes are mentioned and if that benefits the person of the name or not (idea started by Lauren Gardfield). You can record while somebody says the name of another person and then see which is the note or notes they most mentioned, sometimes it can be the note or notes most in excess in that person's voice, according to the analysis of that other persons voice. SO that is why the help and give mutually what they need when the one call the name of the other. Ask them what they think on this and how it affects their relationship, and ask them to observe it in their daily life.

Or maybe it is the note that corresponds to the relationship of astrology and the date of birth. With the person's being mentioned date of birth, taking that C is Aries, C# is Tauro, D is Gemini, D# is Cancer, E is Leo, F is Virgo, F# is Libra, G s Scorpio, G# is Sagitarius, A is Capricorne, and B is Piscis. In some persons it is presented a way of having in its voice the note in excess that corresponds to its date of birth and other times seems that the note in excess belongs to the complementary or opposing note to the one that belongs to their date of birth. This way we could know if this is due to the name of a person and other persons calling them causes them that excess or imbalance. For this reason we can also help someone to not only discover which notes are contained in their name, but also to look for another name to change it if that is what they prefer. Analyzing how theme selves and others mention that other name, and if it will be favorable energetically, if it s giving the weak or missing notes. Because the cellbox will become of the color belonging to the note every time a hit enters, while processing the wav and hearing it at the same time. We can also do click in a cellbox after having finished to process it and see in what places of the wav a note has been mentioned in particular or more often. Each note is marked with a line of its color in the graphic of the wav. Then later go to that area, mostly if several times in sequence it has been mentioned, then drag the cursor on that area of the wav and make zoom on it. Click on Play to hear what has been said, if the name is really said or which vowels of the name contained that note.

When looking at the window presentation of Colorgram note bars, and activating the button of Frequencies from the right side the window will give the frequencies of that wav, or that portion of the wav. It is interesting to see where they have been mentioned more than 4 times in sequence the notes in excess, to hear the wav and to decide which vowels were mentioned. In the Chromatic presentation is where we can do click en the boxcell of the note that we desire to study and in the graphic of the wav will appear colored lines showing where those notes where mentioned. The mouse could be dragged over that area of the wav and zoom to hear what was said clicking on Play. If at some time when hearing Play it is not understood what is said, because it is too short, choose larger area, around that section before and after to understand the whole word, to pick up the vowels that are mentioned in the section you wanted earlier.

Another interesting exercise is to see in other places where it is mentioned two complementary notes that are immediately following each other and to hear the vowels or words that were said. To do this we have another button that will mark these in the wav graphic, and by looking where the colored line is of the note we desired to study. And as the cursor moves over the wav, then it can be marked by dragging the cursor over that section, zoom and click on Play. Do the same if the sound is so short that is hardly distinguishable what is said, after hearing it once, mark a larger portion of the wav, so that it is almost a whole word and then play and hear it again. Zoom and hear over a portion of a word to understand the vowel sound that created those notes and try to distinguish the intonation compared to other times when it is mentioned similar vowel sounds.

10. To be able to study and compare certain parameters of coherence and how they express states of better health.

Coherence is the scientific term for harmony, and it is described like a wave, a tide or a Bell curve in current terms. It belongs to the belief of several doctors and researchers that COHERENCE expresses the harmony of a living being, and that to be able to measure coherence will be the form of knowing when we come closer to a state of health, or the natural healing system kicks in. We would like also to find out when helping to get coherence would be able to increase the individual's natural healing system. From my studies it is clearly seen coherence, when the voice of the person is musically happy and joyous.

Although this topic will be analyzed deeply in the third module of this program, we already have some ways to start studying it in the page of the manual called COHERENCE.htm. Coherence is a state of happiness and the voice becomes clear and musical, normally it becomes higher or a few notes have gone up the upper octave. The Chromatic window of the program now indicates some of the parameters that would help us recognize when a voice analysis shows that it has improved in coherence when comparing it with others of the same person. In the first place you can see two windows from the analysis by placing one directly above the other one, according to the resolution of the screen the windows will come out bigger or smaller. You can compare the analysis of the same session with those different topics to test, Base, Health or Illness or in those windows you can open wavs of different sessions or the same person's moments and this way to be able to really compare them in the improvement after taking some time of a suitable treatment. There are incoherencies due to unstable changes and also more important incoherencies difficult to interpret, I have started to interpret these in the coherence page in the manual.
The most coherence would be that all the notes have almost equal hits and come close enough to the average of the main octave; that the Yin and Yang spirals of 3 and 1 notes are radial, so that the maximum and minimum notes coincide with the radial single notes with those of the spirals; that the transitions are soft and that there are no numbers in boldface and italic indicating incoherence. This apparently is very difficult, and the voice usually ascends one octave in several notes, being made more crystalline, younger and the Yin spiral usually changes even for Yang and Yang for Yin, that is the voice gives a change among the notes more stressed with those weakest. We will find that we can fill those notes that are weakest that the points are equaled on each note, also at the same time the spirals are more dispersed and there are more incoherence in boldface and italic. This after delivering the right tone or frequency is due that the acquired coherence is only temporal or transitory, when it becomes more permanent it will change again and will show more stability in the amount of incoherencies, meantime the number of hits will be more even between one note and the other.
First, it seems to be corrected the quantity of hints by note and to become similar in the 12 notes. Second, to get soft transitions between the stressed notes and the weak ones. Third, that they align the transitions in such a way that they don't appear incoherence numbers in boldface and italic.

11. How to choose frequencies within a certain note for therapy and the reaction in that progressively it is changed to another note, until they maintain the correction and coherence.

We have several options to choose the musical note where we will look for frequencies and later we can look for those frequencies inside that specific section of frequencies (these options will be developed in the three following points), and to decide which of those would be better frequencies to give looking for their relationships in the Nutritional Sounds database where there are converted from the molecular weight of any mineral, vitamin or amino acid into frequency. The Nutritional Sound Database connects automatically with the frequency chosen in the Colorgram window of the Biosonic program, it can give you two types of calculations, mass to frequency, called Master frequency and the Molecular weight conversion. It has many medicines, minerals, aminoacids, vitamins with information of what to use it for, and what can cause its deficiency, as the effects of excess of a certain frequency that would behave as toxicity. It also has an ample relationship to illnesses, as well as way of treatment and you can buy it for a moderate price separately from the Biosonic program. However in English you have a database with more than 30.000 elements, even medications on their generic names and ways of finding those by illnesses, and with a wide information of so that it serves each one of these elements, created by Carl Parker ( All the databases have the atomic or molecular weight converted to the octave -4, the last audible, because it is the octave where the sound is usually given to a person because being a low buzz, it doesn't bother so much to the nervous system if one hears it. We will treat this in more depth in following point 12. However there are several other options that we will be contemplated before concluding the module of this program on therapy, maybe instead of the atomic and molecular weight transformed into frequency we can use the frequencies that ara found in the spectroscope when putting a mineral or any element burning and that it is the method that tells us the compositions of the stars and planets, or any luminous object, this is used in astrophysics and also in the analysis of the hair. We have to convert these frequencies and to use them before deciding how to use those that we have now of the atomic weight or if those of the spectroscope should be taken into account too, (this will decide before concluding the last module of this program).
To choose the range of frequencies from the note that we we will choose a few frequencies to give to the person we should decide in which notes we would concentrate. For that reason we should compare it with the interpretation that comes out in the texts and see if the meaning of that note coincides better with the symptoms or pathologies described by the patient-participant, and choose the weakest or missing note if this coincides better with their problems. It is best to do several recordings changing the topic to talk about to see which of these maintains best in all 3 analysis. Sometimes it is better to choose the note of the Yin spiral, 3+1-; since to lower the three notes most stressed is better to use the note that affects these. This way we will get more coherence in the voice that will help boost up the healing system and the person gets more harmony in general. When clicking the button of frequencies of the analysis from the Colorgram presentation of a particular wav will give all the fundamental frequencies that affect to the physical body. We can choose to see only the ones belonging to the 3 weak notes, or the 3 stressed notes, like that we can concentrate on a particular range belonging to the note that we choose. We will also be able to see how many times a particular frequency is repeated because the cursor will show the value as how many times that frequency is present in that recording. The frequency present is in every peak or corner of the line representing the frequency, by clicking there the frequency enters the 3 buttons in the top. It is very important to see the relationship of the most excess frequency with its inverse, maybe we find more meaning in its inverse. Never give as therapy the stressed frequency, always give as therapy their inverse frequencies. The frequency buttons will enter that frequency in the Nutritional Sounds database for further study and decision.
The relationship of a frequency with its inverse might reveal much, so I recommend to study the nutrients of both frequencies and then decide to give the one that is in the weak note.
In some occasions it is hard to decide which frequency to deliver as therapy, one gives the frequency of the desired note that belongs to the calibration of the patient-participant's date of birth. Many times for the children if they have weak the note of the mother birth date, they receive the frequency belonging to the date of birth of the mother. These they will be known putting the mother's date of birth or of the person's in the window for calibration. This way the frequencies of all the notes will be known for a specific date, and at times we see if this frequency is present in their voice, or if it relates to a nutrient that they might need, or benefit form it.

We want to clarify that by delivering nutrients we are not creating that nutrient via sound, we help the system absorb it better, or we call it to use if it is already present in their organism. At times it is convenient for the person to also have that nutrient in pill form, the sound will help them assimilate it better, and then it will be more effective receiving it both ways.

12. How to choose frequencies of the octave below the Main Octave to deliver as therapy and to help to fill out the desired notes through their harmonicss. The difference of giving the sound in the -4 octave or in another octave higher.

The fundamental frequencies create harmonics that are frequencies that add the fundamental one as fractals of harmony and growth in nature. For that reason whenever we give a note we will give it in all the octaves above this one, and we will also give through harmonics other notes that are found in harmonic relationship with this, that is 32hz.+32=64+32=96 hz., 32 and 64 hz. They belong to the same note C, but 96hz it is a harmonic note to this one in the octave above and it is G 96hz. That is when giving a frequency this one will generate all their harmonics and in many cases it could be more interesting to give a note so that it covered others when ascending in harmonics. Sometimes these are difficult to choose because the first harmonics that are not of the same note will be of the other group of notes those most stressed, but if you can locate an incoherence where a note in 6 most stressed it will be the weakest and it can be the fundamental of the note weakest or that it interests us to fill up or we could choose this in that case although it belongs to those 6 most stressed instead of 6 weakest, if it is also a note that presents cellular high points in the octave under the main one or it is a multiple cellular octave of toxicity or it presents anomalies like incoherence etc….
To give frequencies in the -4 octave and want to fill several notes through their harmonics in the -2 octave from the Main Octave, or we give frequencies in the octave -3 to fill several lacking notes of the octave -1 if this it is the Main Octave. To see the listing of the notes and their harmonics in the manual, although this will be given in the program calculated and we will introduce ourselves but in it in the next module on FFT.
For example if those most weak are F #, G, G #, A, A # and B and the note that we want to give is G because the 3 most stressed are C #, D, and D # that remove energy from G #, and the 3 most weak could be G #, A, A # that give energy to D #, we would choose G # as the note most weak responsible for 3 of the most stressed, and when generating the harmonicss with one frequency from the -4 octave all those notes will fill up and we would choose a frequency in B, If and with one frequency of the octave -3 of C, We will fill the three you notes G #, A, A # through its harmonicss. Next you have a relationship of notes to choose with their harmonicss. In the following point 13 this is also explained how we should choose frequencies belonging to one or two notes. In the module of FFT we will complete this information on harmonicss to give specific frequencies and analyzing all these harmonics has been generated and all distortion these have, to help us to decide specific frequencies, this way we simply need to choose a single frequency in the database that make sense with the person's pathologies will be enough to generate many.

13. When choosing frequencies within the range of a particular musical note taking into accounts the spirals and all the parameters of the analysis of the Chromatic and then help the organism to obtain harmony and vocal coherence.

In the first place we have the weakest or lacking note that is important, look in the interpretation texts to what problems and organs it belong, and later we have as high-priority the weakest note of the Yin spiral, the 3 notes most stressed that remove energy to a particular note, to compare the interpretation of the most weak with the weak note of the Yin spiral, decide which fits best with the pathologies that the person shows, to choose the one that has most sense. If 3 analysis are done, Base, stress and future see if the spirals have maintained in the three analyses of the different topics, or by comparing the changes between one analysis and another. Another point to take into account is when a multiple octave exists Cellular, mostly in the weak notes, maybe the pathologies coincide better with this, therefore you would choose frequencies inside the range of that note. We really have three weak notes where to choose, the most weak, the weak one of Yin the spiral, that of a multiple cellular octave, if the interpretation of the texts and the patient- participant pathology doesn't help us to choose which is the most important we can choose frequencies inside two notes and if the multiple octave is important we would choose one of those, to produce coherence it is most effective to choose one frequency within the range of the weak note of the Yin spiral.
For example if the 6 weakest are F #, G, G #, A, A #and B and the note that we want to give is G because the 3 more stressed are C #, D, and D # that remove energy to G #, and the 3 weakest could be G #, A, A # that give energy to D #, we would choose G # as the note most weak responsible for 3 more stressed, the weakest note is A # and there is one multiple octave in A, we would choose a frequency in the range that tells us the boxcell when we leave the cursor of the mouse between the notes G #and A, although the note that most coincides with the person's pathologies it should be the high-priority one.

14. Different formulas that can be generated from a frequency. How to create a CD of a frequency that we have already chosen.

To generate a wave file that we can use a BIOAUDIO module of the BIOSONIC SYSTEM. When recording a CD we always have to make it in the format 44100 hertz, 16 bits and a Compact Disc of audio will only recognize the first session, so that all the frequencies and formulas that we give in this first session will use de CD even though it occupies only 20 minutes or less than the CD it will be the only one that will be recognized. Next tones have to be recorded in another CD.
The BioAudio has many options to Generate Tones and we can add also one frequency of one of their harmonics, as indicated in the point 13 of continuing formulas. It is saved, in the format before mentioned (44100hz.16 bits), just remember in which folder you have chosen to save it, because you need to open it again from the CD recorder software. And you open the program to create CD's like Easy CD or the one that comes with the CD's recorder, that will be used to burn the CD with the audio for therapy.
When creating two different frequencies in both ears, we usually give the lowest frequency in the left ear, because the left hemisphere of the brain wants what it lacks. But we can experience making it the other way around, mostly for people with right brain dominance or whole brain dominance. It is convenient to create two frequencies that are harmonics from the other, and deciding to give a certain frequency, either belonging to a mineral, vitamin or amino acid chosen from the database, or another frequency decided by others methods.
These formulas and treatment methods will be seen and be analyzed in depth in the 4th module of the program of BIOSONIC, since when seeing and to understanding the voice and the power of resonance of the sound with the next two modules of FFT and COHERENCE we will understand better the decisions of the frequencies that we should look for to give treatment, and to create something more studied scientifically for the 4th module on SOUND THERAPY.

15. - How to charge a quartz crystal with the frequency that a person needs.

Buy a quartz crystal of the size of a finger more or less, always clean it energetically leaving it in water with salt during one day more or less. Generate the desired frequency with the BioAudio and then test the frequency tone by place the crystal between the headphones, and if it is possible, place these inside a copper box or surrounded of a copper foil, and place the crystal between both headphones with the frequency during 15 minutes. Ask the person to take it the closest possible to the skin and not on the air. If it has been a lot of time with the charged quartz with their frequency in subways, trains or airplanes, they will have to clean it again and to charge it again. We have been able to see with an EEG that with the contact with the skin of the person, the brain produces the charged frequency in the quartz crystal very quickly, for that reason it is a valuable method to deliver sound.
